It’s your choice. Hypnotherapy via Zoom brings the same healing power as hypnotherapy in the Room.

How soon will I experience success?
You will experience an immediate positive feeling. Listening to your personalised transformative recording for 21 days locks in the change. Some positive changes will become apparent to you within a few days and weeks.

What commitment do I have to make? Will my Breakthrough occur without me doing anything?
Listen to your Transformation recording at least once a day for 21 days.

Does Breakthrough Hypnotherapy remain confidential?
Yes, definitely. Everything disclosed during therapy is confidential in all circumstances, except when a concern is raised about danger or illegality that affects yourself or others.
